2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or purchase products from D&G Custom Guns. By purchasing firearms or related products, you agree that you are legally allowed to do so under applicable local, state, and federal laws.
3. Firearm and Ammunition Purchases
All firearm and ammunition sales must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that the product you purchase is legal in your location. All firearm purchases will be processed through a licensed firearms dealer (FFL). A background check may be required before finalizing the purchase.
4. Custom Orders
For custom firearm modifications or other special orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Final designs and modifications must be approved by the customer, and D&G Custom Guns holds no liability for any delays or deviations caused by third-party suppliers or shipping companies.
5. Shipping and Handling
We ship only within the United States. All firearm shipments will be sent to a licensed FFL dealer. Shipping charges, taxes, and fees will be calculated at checkout. D&G Custom Guns is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.
6. Returns and Cancellations
- Firearms: All firearm sales are final. No returns are accepted unless defective.
- Non-firearm Products: You may return non-firearm items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Custom Orders: No returns or cancellations for custom items once the order is placed, as these products are built to your specifications.
7. Product Descriptions
We strive to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions. However, D&G Custom Guns does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free.
8. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and financing options where applicable. In the case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
9. Warranty
D&G Custom Guns provides warranties for certain products. Specific warranty information will be provided with the product or in its description. Custom modifications may void manufacturer warranties. Please contact us for warranty claims.
10. Limitation of Liability
D&G Custom Guns shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this website, even if D&G Custom Guns or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
