1. All Sales Are Final
At D&G Custom Guns, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products, including firearms, custom parts, accessories, or services.
2. Order Cancellations
- Custom Firearms and Parts: Orders for custom-built firearms and parts cannot be canceled once the build process has begun. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the design, build, and modification of your firearm is a bespoke service, and cancellations are not accepted.
- Non-Firearm Products: Non-firearm orders (e.g., accessories) are also final once the transaction is completed, and no cancellations will be accepted.
3. Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at ops@dgcustomgroup.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a warranty claim or repair, depending on the product and situation.
4. Warranty Claims
Certain products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the specific warranty information provided with your product. Any warranty issues will be handled directly through the manufacturer or with D&G Custom Guns, depending on the warranty terms.
