1. Firearm Shipping Process

  • All firearm orders will be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) of the customer’s choice.
  • When your custom firearm or modified item is completed and has passed our final inspection process, we will notify you.
  • You must provide us with the details of your chosen FFL, including their contact information and license number. It is your responsibility to ensure that your selected FFL is legally authorized to receive your firearm.
  • We will verify the FFL’s information before shipping and arrange shipment directly to the FFL’s business address.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Once your firearm has passed inspection and we have confirmed the FFL’s information, your order will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • The exact delivery time will vary depending on the location of the FFL and the shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees for firearms will be calculated at checkout and include any applicable handling charges.
  • Any additional fees charged by the receiving FFL (such as transfer fees) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

4. Inspection and Pickup

  • Once your firearm arrives at the FFL, it will be available for you to pick up after you complete all necessary background checks and paperwork required by your state and federal laws.
  • It is important to contact your FFL in advance to understand their process and any fees involved.

5. Non-Firearm Products

  • Non-firearm items such as accessories or custom parts will be shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout, following standard shipping procedures.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of non-firearm products.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, D&G Custom Guns is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. However, all shipments are insured, and we will assist in any claims with the carrier if an issue arises.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship firearms within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
  • Certain state and local laws may restrict firearm shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations in your area before purchasing.
